Yes. All identifying information — names, locations, practice details — is automatically stripped before any data is included in the study. Everything is aggregated across hundreds of practices so no individual vet or client can ever be identified. You are always in control of your participation.

We provide simple exam room signage letting clients know you use AI-assisted documentation — similar to how practices disclose any recording or transcription tool. Clients can opt out for any visit, and that encounter is simply excluded. The study only uses de-identified, aggregate data.
